It only took six innings off offense for the Leaside Leafs to plate twelve runs, and mercy the visiting Thornhill Reds 12-0 on Thursday night at Talbot Park.

It seems like quite a long time since the GTBL took the field for a full season with two missed years due to the pandemic. That means there was a fair share of turn over in the league player pool. Luckily, all our franchises survived(a few senior clubs folded)and many will argue they came back

The GTBL will play a twenty five game regular season, with each franchise meeting each other five times throughout the summer. A full schedule is planned to kick off early May, and run through mid August. After which, the first and second place teams will earn a spot to the GTBL championship
