The Leaside Leafs went 2-1 in pool play at the Lakeside Lizards tournament over Friday and Saturday, earning the four seed for the championship round on Sunday. It was a tough weekend for both other GTBL entries, as both the East York Bulldogs and Martingrove Sox went 0-3 in the round robin.
